Worship

Under the leadership of Pastors John and Victoria Irving, Helena is Worship Director at The Gathering Place of Aurora since 2010 and leads a fabulous team of individuals in that department. Sharing worship-leading with Bill and Donna Ballantyne, Helena is so happy to be working with people who love the Lord with all their heart and mind and strength. Together, with Unity and the presence of God being a focus for the team, they travel the journey of seeking knowledge of and intimacy with the Trinity. Only there can true worship be expressed.  They base worship on the model of the tabernacle, move in the prophetic and are witnessing revival, signs, wonders and miracles at the Sunday morning and Monday evening services.

Helena also leads worship occasionally at other churches, conferences, retreats, and functions, both in and outside of the Eagle Worldwide Ministries network of churches. She has led worship at regularly at different Alpha ministries and in prison these past 13 years.

Helena also is the Worship Leader for wounds2worship ministries. Together with Ellen Campbell and a dedicated team, they hold w2w conferences for adults with wounded hearts and survivors of abuse. Through Christ-centred teaching and worship (and comedy), they have witnessed much healing in those who have attended.
